Environmental Commitment

Did you know the average home uses significantly more energy and is responsible for more carbon emissions than the average automobile? Making homes more energy efficient benefits property values, neighborhood livability and family health.

We understand and comply with all environmental laws and regulations. We are always striving to "lead by example" searching for the newest and most efficient products and tools to help our customers reduce their carbon footprint. Choosing responsibly manufactured products is good for everyone...

Replacing your inefficient furnace, hot water heater, or air conditioning unit is beneficial in lowering your energy cost and consumption, also giving you more control of your comfort, health and pocketbook.

Newer furnaces can be up to 27% more energy efficient; they produce cleaner air and heat your home more effectively. Some furnaces now come with a carbon monoxide detector built in for your family's safety, also gas and flame safety systems as well.

How old is your hot water heater? Did you know the newer hot water heaters can be 30% more energy efficient? Water heaters have changed a lot in the last few years; now available are solar and tankless water heaters. Tankless systems are up to 50% more efficient and taking up a lot less room in your home…hot water on demand! In fact you can now heat your home as well with these types of systems. Additional benefit to include no chance of the water heater bursting and flooding your home.

Do you have a humidifier, air purifier or water treatment system currently in your home? Poor indoor air quality is one of the top 5 health hazards in America. Most of us spend 90% of our lives indoors where toxins can enter the air through off-gassing: a process where toxins are released through evaporation from building materials. Some products continue this evaporation for years after their installation which means you continue to breathe these chemicals night and day.

Adding air purifiers, humidifiers and water treatment units can help to alleviate breathing issues for comfort and good health. Be sure to keep your units maintained and cleaned properly. Clean humidifiers and air purification systems as directed, at the end of each season or when the product will not be in frequent use. Dispose of all used demineralization cartridges, cassettes, or filters.
